Many of you know our legendary Sunset Blvd gallery space, Rampart Studios. What you probably don’t know is that we have an additional studio below us with it’s own entrance in the back of the building. Please note that while this space has a Sunset Blvd address, it is NOT visible from Sunset Blvd - so if you require street visibility - it might not work for you. On the other hand if you don’t require street visibility, it’s cheaper, quieter, more private, and you'll still be in the heart of Silverlake. It also includes use of a beautiful 500sf lobby reception area and restroom (shared with one long term tenant). This space is ideal for creatives (artists, photographers, designers, art directors, etc). It’s also perfect for rehearsals, castings, and multi-day film and photography shoots. Plus, unlike our upstart studio, this has a concrete floor so you don’t have to worry about scratching it. FYI - it is currently used part time for mat pilates classes (see photos). They use minimal equipment that can easily be stored in the back storage area. The space features: > High ceilings > Central Air Conditioning and Heating (although it is naturally well insulated) plus ceiling fans. > Beautiful lobby with exquisite natural light and two entrances, including a loading dock. > Frosted glass doors with wood trim, and stained concrete floor. We are 5 minutes from DTLA and very close to the 134, the 110, the 2 and the 5 freeways.
