Work inside a Hollywood landmark. This 1,300 sq ft creative suite occupies the bow of the iconic 1936 Streamline Moderne "ship" building — designed by architect Robert V. Derrah and a longtime creative home for the entertainment industry, with past tenants at this complex including Alfred Hitchcock and F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The suite is built for productions, photo and video shoots, writers' rooms, table reads, offsites, workshops, and interviews. You enter straight from the gated, guarded lot into the Writer's Room: curved bow windows with beautiful natural light, seating for 8–10 around a large table, a wall-mounted monitor for decks and Zoom, a production whiteboard, and a vintage projector. Beyond it, the suite opens into a library with floor-to-ceiling film, art, and photography books and an open desk area — ideal for laptop work, layout, or overflow crew. Quiet desk nooks sit past the library for focused solo work. At the private end, an Executive Office with a vintage sofa, cinematic lighting, its own separate entrance, and en suite bath doubles as an interview set or client lounge.
Amenities include a kitchenette with espresso machine, kettle, and ice maker; two additional bathrooms; wifi and utilities; an outdoor patio with fruit trees; and roof deck access by request. On-site guarded parking is available. The whole space is furnished with warm wood, vintage film equipment, and cinematic character throughout.
