To ensure a safe, immaculate, and seamless production experience for every creative team, we maintain rigorous cleaning standards across all accessible grounds and facilities between bookings:
Restroom & Changing Room Sanitization: The guest bathroom and changing room are deep-cleaned, fully sanitized, and restocked with fresh amenities, antibacterial soap, and clean paper products immediately prior to your arrival.
High-Touch Surface Disinfection: All outdoor seating, poolside loungers, door handles, and exterior touchpoints are thoroughly disinfected before each reservation.
Grounds & Pool Maintenance: The pool deck and surrounding patio surfaces are power-washed and cleared of debris. The pool water is professionally balanced, skimmed, and tested regularly.
Trash & Waste Management: Dedicated, lined trash and recycling receptacles are placed outdoors for your crew's convenient use and are cleared and disinfected after every booking.
Private & Contactless Access: To ensure complete privacy and a safe environment, access to the grounds and changing facilities is separate from the primary residence.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
