* Bring Your Own Gear: Renters must bring their own portable recording equipment. You can plug your preferred mics and laptops straight into our clean infrastructure.
* Included Support: A dedicated On-Site Studio Tech is included in your standard rate to greet your team, activate smart-lighting presets, and assist with standard facility infrastructure.

To maintain our premium, commercial-grade standards, our facility enforces a strict sanitation protocol managed entirely by our on-site team
Checkout Inspection: At the conclusion of every booking, our On-Site Studio Tech conducts a mandatory walkthrough with the client to verify all equipment is accounted for and that the studio footprint is clear of trash or debris
Mandatory Deep Cleaning Between Sessions: Between every booking, our staff thoroughly sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, production desks, door handles, and lounge seating using professional-grade disinfectants.
Cyclorama Floor Restoration: The white cyclorama wall floor is swept and spot-cleaned between sessions to maintain a high-quality visual surface for incoming photography and film crews m.
Renter Cleanliness Policy: While our team handles sanitization, guests are required to place all trash, plastic bottles, and catering debris into our provided industrial waste bins before their booked hour ends.
Leaving the studio excessively dirty or requiring major trash removal will result in an automatic $150 Deep Cleaning Fee charged to the card on file
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
