Health and Safety Measures
Daily Studio Sanitization (Performed by Studio Management)
-Disinfect all training mats using a commercial mat disinfectant.
-Sanitize frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, counters, chairs, and restroom fixtures.
-Clean mirrors and windows as needed.
-Empty trash and replace liners.
-Sweep and mop all non-matted flooring.
-Inspect the facility for damage or maintenance concerns.
Additional Requirements
-No food is permitted on the training mats.
-Water is allowed only in sealed containers.
-Anyone with a contagious illness or open skin infection may not participate in training.
-Report any bodily fluid spills (blood, vomit, etc.) immediately. The affected area must be disinfected before training resumes.
-Excessive cleaning required due to negligence may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
