Host your next gathering in The Madden Room at Boulder Creek Golf Club, which is our legendary Private Dining Room, where John Madden used to hold court. It's a private, light-filled room overlooking the first fairway and towering California redwoods. Wall-to-wall north-west-facing windows and soaring vaulted ceilings create an inviting backdrop for team offsites, client meetings, celebrations, dinners, and intimate receptions. Connected to our restaurant for convenient food and beverage service, the room can also be completely closed off with accordion doors for a private, self-contained experience. Guests enjoy views of our signature entrance, the first tee, and the surrounding forest while remaining just steps from the clubhouse. Before each booking, our team thoroughly cleans and inspects the room, sanitizes high-touch surfaces, refreshes restrooms, and ensures tables, chairs, and common areas are spotless. After every event, the space is professionally reset and prepared for the next guest, so you can arrive to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
