Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping our event space clean, welcoming, and ready for every guest. Before your arrival, the space will be cleaned, tables and chairs will be arranged, and the venue will be prepared for your event. At the end of your rental, we ask guests to help us care for the space by: Removing all personal belongings and decorations Placing trash in designated receptacles Returning furniture and items to their original locations (unless prior arrangements have been made) Wiping up any spills or messes Leaving the space in a tidy condition for the next guests We handle the deep cleaning and reset between events. Our goal is for every guest to walk into a clean, comfortable, and inviting space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
