Home details: Our home has lots of natural light and plenty of space for filming. The home is new (2020) and has a lot of character. Lots of aesthetic updates, so it's modern, but not stuffy. It can be used in a plethora of environments, from formal to casual, and in between (we've had dozens of parties, and have accommodated many different themes and vibes). Neighborhood details We're surrounded by gorgeous views of the mountains. We have several parks within the community (for dogs and kids). The overall experience of our neighborhood is best described as quiet, modern, friendly, and welcoming to events, filming, etc. Logistics 2 stories. Very tall ceilings in the living room (~30'). 3-car garage. 4. beds, 3 baths. Big side and backyard. The entire home can be used for filming, as needed. All seating areas have multiple chairs, tables, etc. Inside, we have plenty of seating areas, and a large table in the dining room. Ample parking on the street (no meters or paid parking required), with room for 50 vehicles or more. Special rates associated with booking the space We're open to flexible pricing to use our space. It's our first time making the initiative to have our home used in filming, so we're willing to get aggressive, as we're confident ours can be used repeatedly once we have the first one completed.
