The Old Lace Factory is a luxury converted 1930s warehouse apartment tucked away in a quiet alley just off Kingsland Road in East London. This listing offers access to both of our unique studio spaces, combining two large warehouse interiors within the same building.
South Wing
An atmospheric, antique-filled space featuring distempered arsenic green walls, chinoiserie furnishings, and Victorian-inspired details. Styled with a curated mix of aesthetic movement and art deco pieces, alongside abundant houseplants and objets d’art.
Approx. 900 sqft, including a separate hair and make-up room, kitchen, and bathroom. Rooftop access with East London views is available via a metal staircase.
North Wing
An eclectic, bohemian warehouse space with vintage interiors, a stage, Tiki bar, and a lush collection of plants. A large overhead skylight provides natural daylight and can be blacked out on request.
Approx. 1200 sqft, including kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Both studios are located on the first floor with access via a large staircase.
Parking permits are available for the alleyway, and a nearby car park can be hired separately. The no-through road is ideal for support vehicles and outdoor shooting.
