About OVASEA Studios
An intimate blackout screening room for private film screenings, premieres, watch parties, rough-cut reviews and filmmaker Q&As.
The space accommodates up to 30 guests and includes a projector, large screen, sound system and flexible seating. Guests also have access to private restroom, changing room and on-site parking.
Ideal for filmmakers, creators and small groups seeking a private, adaptable viewing experience.
Microphones and Recording setups are available as add-ons if needed.
Every booking comes with a studio assistant present.

Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned and reset between bookings. Seating, tables, door handles, restroom surfaces and other frequently touched areas are wiped down. Floors are swept and cleaned, trash is removed, and the restroom is restocked before each guest’s arrival. Hand soap and sanitizer are available on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
