A flexible creative production space designed primarily for photography, commercial shoots, e-commerce, content creation, select video projects, small productions, and hands-on production training. The open floor plan and exposed ceiling provide flexibility for lighting, grip, staging, and custom production setups. The space is well suited for portrait and editorial photography, product photography, clothing and e-commerce brands, headshots, lookbooks, content creation, and small creative teams. The studio can be booked as a standalone production space or paired with available in-house lighting, grip, and production equipment. Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment and build the space around their vision, or arrange additional equipment and setup support for a more turnkey production experience. Designed with working photographers, filmmakers, creatives, and small production teams in mind, Frameline combines the flexibility of a rental studio with access to production-ready equipment and experienced setup support when needed. Select video production is welcome, including interviews, branded content, product videos, and other small-scale productions. Please note that the space is not soundproof, and the building's HVAC system creates some ambient noise. Productions recording dialogue should plan accordingly. The studio also accommodates hands-on production training and technical demonstrations focused on photography, lighting, grip, camera, and other production equipment. Conveniently located near North Kansas City and the River Market, the studio is close to restaurants, coffee shops, parking, and other production essentials.
