Located on the first floor with a roll-up garage door, the studio offers easy load-in and direct access. Full kitchen with sink, stove, and fridge available. Private bathroom in unit. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor areas, with plenty of room for shooting, staging, wardrobe, creative direction, and small production teams. The space can easily shift between a furnished editorial environment and a more open, flexible production setup depending on your project. Production bookings include access to our in-house grip equipment, including C-stands, sandbags, V-flats, diffusion, frames, apple boxes, and other production essentials. We also have a selection of professional lighting (strobe & constant) available to rent for an additional fee, making it easy to build out your shoot without sourcing everything separately. More than a blank studio, this is a space with its own point of view, designed for teams looking to make thoughtful, visually distinct work. Please note: The studio is not soundproof.
