About the Space This is downtown Santa Barbara's only dedicated adult games bar, half a block off the State Street promenade. The space is decorated like a vintage ski lodge, which feels a little unexpected for Southern California and gives people something to talk about before anyone even picks up a skee ball. The entertainment is built into the room, not rented from a vendor: three vintage skee ball lanes, shuffleboard, ping pong, a photobooth, and a full craft cocktail bar. The layout is open, so guests move naturally between games and the bar. For semi-private bookings (20 to 120 guests) we section off a dedicated area while the rest of the venue stays active around you. Full buyouts up to 175 guests get exclusive use of the bar, all games, the photobooth, and the 50-person back patio when weather allows. What Works Here Birthday parties, bachelorette weekends, wedding welcome parties, wedding after-parties, corporate team events, brand activations, comedy shows, and trivia nights all work well here. Friendly competition on the lanes and shuffleboard breaks the ice without anyone having to try. Groups that don't know each other well find a rhythm fast, and the ones that do already have a reason to get competitive. People leave with actual memories of the night rather than a vague recollection of standing around with a drink, whether it's a team that never spends time together outside the office, a family reunion, or a bachelorette group in town for the weekend. City Lot 11 is the closest parking for groups driving in, with street parking available on surrounding blocks. Rates & Logistics Buyouts start at $750 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Semi-private bookings require a 25% deposit and full buyouts require 50%. Most groups exceed the food and drink minimum, and when they do the room rental effectively disappears.
