Bilpin Springs Farm is small regenerative family-run farm on Dharug Country in Bilpin, adjoining Wollemi National Park. On the farm there is a large barn for events, as well as smaller cabins for accommodation.
The farm raises sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, and fish, and grows seasonal fruit, vegetables, and flowers. Alongside fresh produce, the farm also makes seasonal ferments and other small-batch goods. These include kimchi, hot sauce, sauerkraut, ice cream, and, wine.
The farm includes paddocks for animals and cropping, two spring-fed dams. It backs onto Wollemi National Park and produces seasonal food from a mixed and working landscape.
The barn is available for small gatherings on the farm. It can be used for weddings, long-table lunches, workshops, parties, and other events that suit the scale and ethos of the farm. There is a capacity of 130pax sit down.
