Outdoor Backyard Oasis
Covered Lanai: Outdoor patio space complete with comfortable rocking chairs and outdoor grill. Notify host/house manager if grill and accessories need to be moved.
Fenced Backyard & Firepit: Fully enclosed, private yard equipped with a wood-burning firepit surrounded by 6 custom Adirondack chairs—perfect for evening mingling under the stars. An outdoor dining table with an umbrella and solar lights is available. Notify host/house manager if outdoor furniture needs to be moved.

Capacity & Cleanliness: Ideal for small-to-medium group gatherings, corporate off-sites, video/photo shoots, or family celebrations.
Access: Renters have access to the full first floor, game room, half bath, and backyard area. Bedrooms on the second floor are off-limits during event bookings.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guest Cleanup Responsibilities (Teardown & Basic Tidying)
Layout Reset: Furniture and decor moved during an event or production must be returned to their original positions before check-out. All decorations should be removed, and no decorations can damage the indoor or outdoor walls or furniture.
Borrowed Amenities & Dishes: Used dishes, glasses, or cookware should be loaded into the dishwasher.
Vendor & Equipment Removal: All personal items, catering supplies, rental gear, or production equipment brought in by the guest must be completely cleared out within the scheduled booking time (setup and teardown must occur within the reserved hours).
High-Volume Trash: Excessive trash or bulk debris that exceeds normal residential capacity must be removed by the renter to avoid extra hauling fees.
Host Cleaning & Sanitization Standards
High-Touch Disinfection: EPA-approved disinfectants are used on all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, countertops, and keypads) between bookings.
Basic Housekeeping Standard: Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed, and fresh linens/towels and restocked handwashing stations (soap and paper towels) are provided before every arrival. Indoor and outdoor areas are professionally cleaned.
The house manager is available to ensure renters' guidelines are followed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
