Welcome to the 2-story exhibition building in South Shore—Chicago’s hidden gem newly restored for artists, creatives, or owners, looking for the perfect space to host, create, shoot, or present. Whether you're curating a solo exhibition, filming a project, or launching a pop-up, this space is designed to be as flexible and stylish as you need it to be! Just located down the street from the brand new cultural Obama Presidential Library, there is direct access to the Metra station across the building. With high ceilings, south-facing windows, and an open-concept layout on the second floor, the building has a bright, inviting energy that’s easy to make your own. The built-in bluetooth sound system and vinyl player in the artists' lounge sets the vibe, while the full kitchen, 2 private bathrooms, and free street parking, makes you and your guests feel at ease. Because this is a private social club with the intention of creativity and brands, we reserve the right to accept or deny requests for booking. We will consider every request based on the event plans you have for the building.
