About the Space

Three floors of precision-built architecture rise out of a dense green canopy with the kind of graphic confidence that reads instantly on camera. From the aerial, it's an establishing shot waiting to happen — clean white volume, horizontal steel railings cutting across each tier, floor-to-ceiling glass panels glowing amber at dusk, and a rooftop deck that opens up to panoramic city sky in every direction. The ipe wood rooftop is fully furnished with a fire pit, lounge seating, and a dining setup that seats eight — wide open, no obstructions, and the surrounding cityscape gives you genuine depth of field whether you're shooting golden hour or blue hour. This is a location that delivers its best frame from multiple altitudes. At ground level, the indoor-outdoor transition is as seamless as anything I've walked through in this market. Wide-plank white oak floors run uninterrupted from the kitchen straight through oversized black-framed sliding glass panels onto a full ipe wood deck, where a flush-set plunge pool sits surrounded by a mature living wall on three sides. That privacy green wall isn't just functional — it photographs as a lush natural backdrop that gives you a contained, almost stage-like quality without feeling enclosed. The vertical slatted wood privacy screen at the far end of the pool deck adds warm texture and a strong architectural depth element. You can frame interior-to-exterior shots with the pool visible through the glass without repositioning — the sightline is that clean. For pool scenes, lifestyle shoots, or any production needing an intimate outdoor moment with natural coverage, this zone is exceptional. The main living and kitchen level is anchored by a cedar-planked sloped ceiling running the full length of the open plan, peaking around 12 feet, with recessed cans and a sculptural globe chandelier that renders warm and dimensional on camera. The long white quartz island works as a prep surface, product display counter, or hero focal point in a culinary or commercial shoot. The 3D-textured feature wall along the dining side adds tactile depth against what is otherwise a clean, neutral palette of warm wood, white, and matte black — a combination that's deeply flexible for art direction. The entry foyer hits differently: a full-height cedar pivot door, floating wood-tread staircase with glass balustrade, and a shaft of natural light from a sidelight window that tracks across the oak floor through mid-morning. The staircase is genuinely shootable from multiple angles — fashion, architecture, drama, transitions. Upstairs, white shiplap hallways with warm LED cove lighting give a soft golden quality that holds well on camera without color correction. Bathrooms are fully production-ready: the primary features a freestanding soaker tub, floor-to-ceiling mirror, and warm stone tile; the secondary has marble countertops, hex tile flooring, and a frameless glass shower. Neither needs set dressing. For events, this property functions across a wide range of formats with minimal reconfiguration. The rooftop handles cocktail receptions, brand activations, and intimate dinners with real visual drama as the backdrop. The indoor-outdoor main floor is suited for seated dinners, product launches, or small corporate gatherings where the pool deck becomes a natural extension of the room. The kitchen island doubles as a catering staging surface, the living space has genuine square footage for mingling, and the multi-level layout gives guests natural reasons to move through the space — which keeps energy flowing at events. Load-in is manageable for a property of this style, with street-level access and holding options nearby. Ambient sound is residential-quiet, and the dense greenery provides natural acoustic buffering for the outdoor areas.
