Health and Safety Measures
While we do expect our guests to return our space to its original setting, MOV Fusion Bar & Grill handles the standard post-event cleaning of the venue so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Guests are expected to:
Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and event materials
Dispose of trash in the designated areas
Return furniture and seating to the agreed-upon layout
Leave tables, floors, and event areas free of excessive debris
Ensure all vendors have removed their equipment and supplies
Our team will handle the standard cleaning and resetting of the space following your reservation, including routine sanitation and preparation for normal restaurant operations.
Excessive cleaning, spills, stains, confetti, glitter, food or beverage waste, or conditions requiring cleaning beyond normal event use may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
