Parking Instructions The property includes a full acre dedicated to production parking in addition to the main motor court, so grip trucks, campers, honeywagons, and crew vehicles can all be accommodated on-site. Enter through the main gate and follow the stamped-concrete drive to the designated parking acre; a member of the team will direct larger vehicles to their staging spots on arrival. Please keep all vehicles off the turfed areas at all times, park only on concrete/hardscape or the designated dirt parking acre. Base camp and equipment staging locations should be confirmed with the host in advance so we can direct trucks efficiently on arrival. Please keep the guest house restroom clean and stocked; let the host know if supplies run low during a multi-day shoot. To Avoid Extra Fees Do not remove furniture without host's approval. -No smoking or vaping inside either structure. -No nails or screws on walls, floors, doors, or trim — use approved rigging methods only (contact host if you need to hang anything). -No open flame or pyrotechnics without prior written approval from the host. -No vehicles, dollies, or heavy equipment on turfed areas — hardscape and designated parking only. -Return all furniture and decor to its original position and location at wrap. -All trash, food waste, and craft services debris must be bagged and removed from the property at wrap; no dumping in on-site bins beyond normal household capacity. -Any damage to turf, paving, landscaping, or structures will be assessed and billed at repair cost. -The main house interior is not included in this booking; access is exterior-only. Entering the main house interior without prior authorization may result in additional fees. -Overtime beyond the agreed booking window is billed at the agreed overtime rate please confirm wrap time with the host in advance if you anticipate running long. Nearby Freeways CA-14 (Antelope Valley Freeway): primary route connecting Palmdale/Lancaster to the I-5 corridor and the rest of the LA basin. I-5 (via CA-14): main north-south route to central and southern LA, roughly 25–30 minutes from the property. CA-138 (Pearblossom Hwy): connects east toward the high desert and Victorville/I-15 corridor for productions needing wider desert access. Other Details Relevant to Production Property sits in a quiet, low-traffic residential/desert-edge area — favorable for noise-sensitive audio work and minimal street closures/permitting concerns compared to denser LA neighborhoods. Wide open sightlines and desert backdrop to the north/east make the property useful for day-exterior "establishing" shots without needing to travel further into open desert. Nearest hardware stores, gas stations, and grocery/craft-services runs are available in central Palmdale, roughly 10–15 minutes away.
