Health and Safety Measures
The Luxe Retreat is carefully prepared before each booking to ensure guests arrive to a clean, fresh and welcoming space.
All frequently used areas are cleaned and tidied before arrival, including living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor entertaining spaces. High-touch surfaces are cleaned, bins are emptied and the property is checked to ensure everything is presented beautifully for your booking.
For film productions, events, weddings and larger gatherings, the cleaning process may be tailored to the size and nature of the booking.
Guests are asked to leave the space tidy and free of personal belongings, rubbish and catering or production items at the end of their booking. Any spills or accidental damage should be reported to the host as soon as possible.
Basic cleaning is included as part of the hosting service, while guests are responsible for leaving the property in a respectful condition.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
