Beachside Studio - Space Description A Former Art Gallery Turned Beachside Event Loft Step into a sun-filled, 1,547 sq ft loft-style space that once served as a Los Angeles art gallery — the same gallery lighting rig that once illuminated pieces valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars now sets the mood for your event. High ceilings, skylights, warm wood floors, and an eclectic mix of vintage and designer furniture give the space a lived-in, gallery-chic feel rather than a sterile rental. The Main Room A spacious, loft-style living and social area — the heart of the venue. Guests can spread out and mingle across multiple lounge groupings, making it ideal for networking events, mixers, cocktail parties, and receptions. A wall-mounted TV is available for sports viewing, presentations, or slideshows. Tucked just off the main room is a small private office/phone room — perfect for quiet calls, one-on-one conversations, or a quiet moment away from the group. The Second Room A flexible, open space furnished with plush, sculptural leather lounge chairs, making it a natural fit for yoga, meditation, breathwork, or any kind of circle-style group gathering. It’s equally suited to photo and film shoots looking for a warm, textured backdrop. The Kitchen Available for staging and serving catered food and beverages (please note: there is no stove or oven, so cooking on-site isn’t possible) and includes a small kitchen table. Foldable chairs can be requested and used if available. Location We sit between two of LA’s most beloved restaurants, Si!mon and Ospi, and just steps from the L.A. Louver art museum. A public parking garage sits directly across the street for event parking, and the beach parking lot is just a short walk away at the end of the block.
