A lush, secluded outdoor photo location on the Westside of Los Angeles, designed for family, maternity, kids, lifestyle, branding and editorial photography. The backyard offers multiple distinct looks within one space, including mature trees with beautiful exposed roots, lush greenery, flowers and seasonal accents. A whimsical side path winds through the greenery and features a charming little wooden bridge — a particularly sweet setting for children, families and storybook-inspired portraits. For a completely different look, there is also a clean, flat white backdrop/wall that works beautifully for simple, bright, modern portraits, branding and product photography. The pool and spa offer another beautiful backdrop, complete with a waterfall feature and surrounding greenery. There is also a tree swing that’s especially great for family and children’s sessions, plus a large wood deck and concrete architectural elements for additional variety. Pool furniture can be moved to customize your setup, and a hose is available if you’d like to wet down the deck for a different look. The space works especially well for family mini sessions, maternity portraits, personal branding, lifestyle/editorial shoots, product and content photography, and small low-production commercial shoots. This is an outdoor-only location with private side-gate entry. Please note that there is no access to the home’s interior or restroom. Best suited for small photography teams and shoots of approximately 1–4 hours. One-hour minimum. Photographer-run space: This location is hosted by a professional photographer, so feel free to ask about the best light, shooting angles or backdrops for your session. I’m happy to share quick location tips and answer last-minute questions. SPACE APPEARANCE NOTE: Depending on weather and season, leaves & fallen twigs or dirt may be present upon arrival. You may utilize the mini leaf blower or on-site garden hose to clean the space. Since this is a natural backdrop, appearance will vary based on season.
