Welcome to a spacious and versatile backyard event venue in Reseda, comfortably accommodating up to 120 guests. The property features a large open lawn, expansive paved areas, a covered patio, gazebo, café string lights, shaded seating areas, and a beautiful built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and pizza oven. A guest restroom is also available.
The flexible layout is ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, brunches, family gatherings, children’s events, and other special occasions. There is plenty of room for dining tables, lounge furniture, catering stations, entertainment, backdrops, balloon installations, and children’s activities.
Event planning, styling, décor, and rental enhancements may also be available through Bubbly SoCal Events upon request.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The property is cleaned and prepared before every booking. The guest restroom, outdoor kitchen surfaces, BBQ area, seating areas, and other frequently touched surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The lawn, patio, gazebo, and covered areas are inspected, swept, and cleared of debris.
Trash bins are provided for guests during the event. After each booking, all trash is removed, surfaces are cleaned, and the property is inspected for damage or items left behind. Guests are expected to remove all decorations, personal belongings, vendor equipment, and excessive waste before departing. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left unusually dirty or requires cleanup beyond normal use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
