With an open floor plan and 16 ft tall ceilings, the space is ready for filming and photography. It is very aesthetically pleasing and kept clean at all times. The space includes 1600 square feet of martial arts mats, punching bags, weights, squat rack, dumbbell rack, medicine balls, mirrors, two restrooms and an office. Lighting can be rigged from the ceiling or second story balcony. Includes a large garage gate for loading and unloading supplies/equipment. The space is on the ground level and is wheelchair accessible.

The entire gym including the mats is cleaned after each class using an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal solution to ensure health and safety standards are met.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
