No parties, loud music or disruptive behaviour. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in common areas. Only the number of guests included in the booking is permitted. Furniture may be moved carefully if needed but must be returned to its original position before departure. Please protect floors and furniture when using production equipment, lighting or stands. No open flames, candles, glitter or confetti. Food and drinks are allowed, but please take extra care around furniture and decorative items. Any professional equipment or special setup must be communicated in advance. Guests must leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it. Our apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before each booking. High-touch surfaces, the kitchen and bathroom are carefully cleaned and disinfected, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and the space is fully checked before each guest arrives. Fresh linens and towels are provided when applicable.
