Postcard House is a renovated 1966 Florida ranch in Palm Beach Gardens, and the backyard is the reason to book it. THE BACKYARD The house wraps around a private pool deck with six setups in one contiguous yard: - Pool deck: a row of orange loungers under yellow fringe umbrellas. - The mural: a pink fence painted "Greetings from Palm Beach", the wall people come for. - Outdoor dining: a 12-seat table with yellow chairs in front of the mural. - Pergola and fire pit: a green pergola with teal Adirondack seating around a fire table. - Putting green: turf green with pins, for golf and lifestyle frames. - Lawn: ping pong and a golf hitting net on open grass. Everything is saturated and bright: pink, yellow, orange, teal and green against white stucco and banana-leaf wall murals. String lights and the fire pit carry the look into golden hour. INSIDE - Open kitchen and living room: white quartz, blue hex tile, a green velvet sectional and a hot-pink front door. A slider opens straight to the pool. - Four bedrooms, each with its own wallpaper or color story, including a casita king that opens onto the pool deck. - A poker room with "Palm Vibes / High Stakes" neon for night and interior scenes. - Three bathrooms. The whole property is included. Only the cleaner's closet stays closed. FRONT OF HOUSE A pale-yellow 1960s facade with a hot-pink door and a front porch with rattan egg chairs, for arrivals and establishing shots. PRODUCTION NOTES - Weekday bookings, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Crew cap 15, including talent and clients. - Parking: 3 cars in the driveway plus 2 street spots in front of the house. - Pool pre-cleared of floats on request. - Overhead utility lines cross the backyard sky. Plan drones and tall rigs around them. - Wi-Fi and air conditioning on site. - Arcade cabinets on site carry licensed logos; they can be moved or covered. - Host team on call for every booking.
