About the Space
Large rustic studio space with very tall ceilings, concrete floors, white-painted cinderblock walls, and two large white metal roll-up garage doors that remain locked. Two south-facing and two north-facing windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day, with views opening onto a downtown alley.
The space is well suited for photoshoots, painting, dancing, music, film, and other creative projects. Amenities include a fridge/freezer and microwave. Shared restroom located down the hall.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
