Client is fully responsible for returning the space to the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received. This includes, but is not limited to: Removal of all trash, decorations, props, and personal items Disposal of food, beverages, and catering materials in trash bags Wiping surfaces and spills Returning furniture and equipment to original placement Removing all event-related materials from the premises at load-out All cleanup must be completed within the agreed load-out period. Events include a $50 cleaning fee. If the space is left excessively dirty, damaged, or requires cleaning beyond Dupe’s standard post-event maintenance, Dupe reserves the right to assess additional cleaning charges at its sole discretion. Additional cleaning fees may include, but are not limited to: Excessive trash or debris Spills, stains, or bodily fluids Confetti, glitter, smoke residue, or adhesive materials Failure to remove decorations or rentals Improper waste disposal Food waste left onsite Required deep cleaning or odor removal Such fees may be charged to the payment method on file and are due immediately upon notice.
