The entire suite is available for your booking, including the main floor, mezzanine, and private rooms. The suite spans approximately 4,082 rentable square feet, including its rooms and mezzanine. This figure is not a measurement of open shooting floor. The main floor features white walls, structural columns, carpeted areas, and a wood-look floor section. A glass-front room provides an office backdrop, while the smaller rooms offer options for talent preparation, wardrobe, or production staging. Bring your own lighting, backgrounds, and compact set pieces to shape the space around your project. A good fit for brand photography, product and lifestyle content, corporate videos, office scenes, and small interview shoots. For dialogue recording, arrange an audio scout before booking so your team can evaluate the room and ambient sound. Sound isolation has not been established. Wi-Fi is included with your booking. The offering focuses on the space itself. Bring the camera, lighting, grip, sound equipment, and backgrounds your project needs. Production equipment, a cyclorama, recording engineer, and camera operator are not included unless specifically listed in your booking. An onsite host will supervise access throughout the booking.
