The Paddle is a 1500 sq ft open space with a marine style bathroom (vaccuflush). Our space features two 9' x 8' glass garage doors and one 7' x 4' bar window that overlook the water and provide access to the 60' dock which provides an addition 550 sq ft of usable space. There are two OLED tv's, one is 77" and the other is 65" and are connected to the bluetooth stereo system. During the summer we operate as a paddle board and kayak rental shop, and in the off-season we are now operating as a rental space for photo shoots, art galleries, birthdays, reunions, anniversaries, and sports viewing parties.
