**Rate includes not just space but technical director (switches cameras to live HD master)/lighting/audio/camera operator** 150-year old farmhouse on secluded property near Antietam Battlefield available for turnkey podcast video and/or audio recording with 4K video editing available or leave with multiple camera live HD edit only. The "Yellow Room" is the living room and has golden yellow walls with two different setups. Set up one has one-on-one club chairs in a huge half-dodecagon (5 angles/windows half-circle) protruding from the home. Set up two has the huge L-shaped couch with grand piano off to the side. High ceilings in a classy room inspires great conversations. Equipment includes: pro mirrorless cameras, mics, multitrack recording, standard lighting. Active live-video switching via OBS to streaming site of your choosing as well as 4K in-camera files. Virtual guest recording is extra flat fee. You can leave here with 1. A live switched (I will act as technical director) HD master file with audio and/or 2. Raw 4k video files from each camera that you can edit (bring a hard drive please) 3. is an add-on option. After the shoot, I can edit the 4k footage making cuts where you want them made or have me choose (this is an add-on due to time involved) and I can upload a 4k master with audio to you or bring a hard drive. Private external entrance. Huge private parking lot nearby. Great option on the edge of the DMV for those further west who want a relaxed space in pretty surroundings and less big city hassles. Data Storage & Retention Policy: Podcast Studio agrees to store all raw multi-cam video and multi-track audio project files for exactly thirty (30) days following the digital delivery of the finalized assets. After 30 days, raw project files will be permanently purged from our servers to clear local storage. The client is responsible for downloading and archiving their final master files upon delivery.
