Santa Monica Mountain Retreat

Our charming home with sweeping panoramic views is ideal for expansive wides and scenic exterior scenes. Bathed in beautiful natural light, the property offers a versatile backdrop of the Pacific Coast, Catalina, and Palos Verdes. Inside, a spacious, open-concept living room provides plenty of room for filming, alongside three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside, a fully functional swimming pool, patio, and a long flat dirt yard offer ample space for production needs, catering, and equipment setup. An airstream trailer serves as a unique guest house and private space for principle actresses and actors, while a large flat grassy lot ( see finale photos) adjacent to the property provides primary parking for cast, crew, and production vehicles for an additional flat fee.
