Located in borderline of Bushwick and Williamsburg , Villainoire Studios is a thoughtfully curated, approximately 1,000-square-foot creative production space designed for photographers, filmmakers, content creators, and visual storytellers.
Blending modern minimalism with vintage-inspired interiors, our studio offers multiple distinct shooting environments under one roof. Whether you’re producing an editorial campaign, filming an interview, capturing lifestyle content, or building your next creative concept, the space is designed to bring your vision to life.
The Space
Our studio features several versatile areas, each offering its own unique aesthetic and creative possibilities.
Cyclorama Wall & Minimalist Studio
A clean, bright shooting area featuring a white cyclorama wall, ideal for fashion editorials, portraits, product photography, e-commerce, and video productions. The surrounding minimalist lounge area features contemporary furnishings and neutral tones for an elevated, modern aesthetic.
Two Modular Creative Rooms
Our two dedicated modular rooms provide immersive, styled environments that allow creators to capture entirely different looks without changing locations.
One features a vintage-inspired 1970s aesthetic, complete with rich textures, warm tones, retro furnishings, and carefully selected décor. Perfect for cinematic portraits, lifestyle campaigns, music videos, interviews, and nostalgic storytelling.
The second modular space offers an additional creative environment, providing even more variety for your production.
Makeup, Styling & Preparation Area
A dedicated preparation area with a makeup station and full-length mirror provides a convenient space for makeup artists, stylists, and talent to get camera-ready.
Lounge & Lifestyle Areas
Thoughtfully selected furniture, contemporary accents, and curated décor provide additional opportunities for lifestyle photography, casual interviews, and intimate content creation.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Between Bookings
Our studio is inspected, cleaned, and reset between reservations to ensure a comfortable experience for incoming guests.
* High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, and frequently used surfaces are cleaned and disinfected as appropriate.
* Furniture & Creative Sets: Seating areas, modular sets, props, and shared furnishings are inspected, cleaned as needed, and returned to their designated positions.
* Makeup & Vanity Stations: Mirrors, countertops, chairs, and frequently touched surfaces are wiped down and sanitized as appropriate.
* Floors & Common Areas: Floors are swept or vacuumed as needed, and visible dirt, spills, and debris are removed.
* Waste Management: Trash receptacles are checked, waste is removed, and liners are replaced as necessary.
Routine Studio Maintenance
In addition to cleaning between bookings, Villainoire Studios performs routine cleaning and maintenance of the photography areas, furniture, equipment, and shared surfaces.
Cleaning products are selected based on surface compatibility, and disinfectants are used according to manufacturer instructions and applicable health and safety guidance.
Guest Cleaning Responsibilities
We kindly ask all guests to help maintain the space by:
* Disposing of trash in designated bins.
* Cleaning up food, beverages, makeup, and any spills.
* Returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original locations.
* Avoiding smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio.
* Reporting any spills, damage, or sanitation concerns before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
