About the Space
Book both houses on one Little River property: a 4 bedroom, 2 bath front home and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath back home, both renovated in recent years. Together that's six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and two living areas, plus a patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining for six. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs in the bedrooms. Lots of distinct rooms and looks make it a strong fit for larger photo and video productions, multi-set shoots, team offsites and workshops, with one house free for hair, makeup or crew base. Gated parking at both homes plus free street parking. Minutes from Wynwood and the Design District.
