Health and Safety Measures
Our team cleans and resets the space before every booking. All tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and the coffee bar are wiped down and disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, restrooms are cleaned and restocked, and trash is emptied, so every guest arrives to a fresh, ready-to-use space.
Hand soap and paper towels are available in the restrooms, and the kitchen is stocked with cleaning supplies if you need them during your booking. We ask guests to tidy up, dispose of trash, and return furniture to its original layout before leaving. We’ll take care of the deep cleaning.
Before you post, make sure this matches what your team actually does between bookings, especially the disinfecting and restocking. Guests may hold you to it in reviews.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
