The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on is over a quarter of an acre. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. Please let me know in advance. I also have Cats on the property. For bookings that extend beyond 11:00 PM, the hourly rate for each hour after 11:00 pm on will be booked at 150% hourly rate.
