Space includes a fully gated parking lot, a large open 77' x 45' area with a 50' white screen for projections, a production loft, kitchen area, makeup/wardrobe room, green room and restrooms. Assorted tables and chairs available. Located in a clean and central location in Burbank by the 5 Freeway and in front of the Burbank Empire Center. Space comes in "as is" condition. Plenty of space on-site and off-site. This space is not for productions, we have a separate listing for that.

Space is deep cleaned in between each shoot. Areas are spaced out to abide by social distancing rules. Restrooms were recently remodeled to accommodate for just one person at a time. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space. There is a large outdoor parking lot as well as multiple doors and a large 12’ x 12’ bay doors that can be opened for ventilation.
