Located only 35 minutes north of Los Angeles, this 1959 simple remade ranch home offers super bright interior space with beautiful and organic decor, comfortable and casual. The main house is 1143 sqft, 2 bedroom 1 bath remodeled interior with an updated open concept living space and large kitchen. Our mini studio space it works out perfectly for hair/make-up/wardrobe or any production needs. We have a few small out buildings and huge patio. The home sits on top of 1 acre, 2 parcels separated by 2 sets of stairs with 2 separate driveway entrances surrounded by mountains and oak trees. Secluded lot with an amazing view of the Conejo Valley. (our location is in an unincorporated area of Thousand Oaks, 91320 This space is ideal for any type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. The exterior is rustic and rural with a campground like setting an aviary, sheds and a "lookout" tower over the expansive view. The separate entrance for larger vehicles if needed on the upper level and can accommodate up to 25 cars on the property (stacked parking) for larger shoots our neighbor rents out his lot for additional parking needs. A very unique and fun property providing many different backdrops for your shoot. We've worked with many high end clients such as Starbucks, Google, Microsoft, WalMart, TOMS, Guitar Center, Wayfair, Made Goods, Chameleon Coffee as well as many small businesses. Our home is well ventilated, main space is surrounded by windows and doors. We wipe down and disinfect every surface before and after bookings occur. We limit the amount of people in the house at once and ask that you wear masks on the day. Plenty of outside space available.
