Multifaceted rooftop of a six-floor historical building. Located in the heart of the Fashion District - next to the Cooper building, New mart, and California Market center. Views include views of the Los Angeles city skyline, the fashion district, and the more laid-back side of town to the east. Ideal for photoshoots, and filming. 5,000 + Square feet. Restrooms available on 5th floor. Freight elevator + Passanger elevator. Access: elevators to the 5th floor, and then half a floor walk up to get to the roof. Access to one electrical outlet, if you need more electricity please plan on bringing a generator. Free parking for bookings of 8+ hours. - please inquire. * Please note there is no access to second floor of the roof, any attempt to climb up will result in immediate removal from the space with no refund. PEERSPACE RATES ARE FOR SIMPLE PHOTOSHOOTS. VIDEOSHOOTS ARE $500 MINIMUM. THIS INCLUDES PRODUCTIONS WITH MORE THAN A FEW SIMPLE HANDHELD EQUIPMENT, COMMERCIAL PRODUCTIONS, PRODUCTIONS THAT REQUIRE MULTIPLE USES OF FREIGHT ELEVATOR AND/OR LOADING DOCK. INQUIRE FOR RATES. Anything outside of operating hours will require an extra fee to be paid in cash to the onsite manager. Please note: Slight changes from the photos - mainly the graffiti has been removed, and the walls are now painted clean. Amenities listed must be requested for!!!
