For evening and weekend events, $500 hourly rate is available for use only of the outdoor spaces, which still includes access to large service kitchen, three full bathrooms, sauna, small indoor living room, with adjoining small kitchen. For this rate, guest count cannot exceed 100. For evening or weekend use of all spaces, the hourly rate starts at $1000 for small events. Brand new, 6,400 square foot tropical modern home in Los Altos Hills with incredible bay views spanning from San Jose to San Francisco. The home has a massive, open floor-plan on the main floor, with dining and living spaces and dual indoor/outdoor gas fireplace. There are two private office/living/conference rooms, and three full baths, a powder room and three kitchens. Also available are an upright piano, sauna, daybed swing, giant cargo net reading space, and large adjoining bayview balcony. There are 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds as well, including a pool, spa, fire pit, bali bed, giant chess and checkers and bocce court. The walkout basement has a state of the art theater which seats 15 people. Adjoining is a second dining space facing a 750 bottle wine cellar. While we can accommodate up to 500 guests, please note that hourly and cleaning surcharges apply for events with over 100 guests, and off-site parking needs to be pre-arranged for all events.
