The living room has a fireplace and dining room table that seats 8-10 (which can be used as a "boardroom"). Kitchen is modern with top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. Modern kitchen has bar seating with 5 stools and banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ and fire pit in the garden as well as a table that seats 8. The house is perfect to break teams/groups up into small groups and make use of various spaces. FOOD & BEVERAGE DETAILS: - Guests are allowed to bring their alcohol and food - Full kitchen/top of the line appliances - Cooking and food prep allowed on site - Bluetooth speakers which play throughout the house including garden - Extra tables and chairs available at no extra charge - Smoking allowed on patio garden - Central Air - Wi-Fi - Plates, serving dishes, etc available to borrow in limited number - Street parking is usually easy to find - Whiteboard available to borrow at no charge - Site visits are encouraged! When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Overtime is charged at time and a half. All bookings over 8 hours get a 20% discount.
