This lovely 1,291 sq ft house was built in the 1950s and is located in the heart of Studio City. It includes modular furniture which makes it easy to customize the look and feel for your shoot. Minimal furniture provides a blank canvas for event design. The living room/dining area can be transformed into another room with natural light cascading in. Walking distance to restaurants, two Starbucks, Coffee Bean, CVS, and multiple grocery stores. In addition, there is a green hillside that leads you to two separate platforms at a higher elevation. Parking: One parking spot in the garage.
