A slice of urban creativity just west of Fulton Market, for groups from 15-90. Our setup quickly changes to meet your needs. The modular space has all the tech trimmings needed to present, host, dine, and party in clean industrial comfort without distractions. Near Goose Island Brewery, Central Brewing, On Tour Brewery, Tablescapes, Flower Firm, and a dozen other Floral companies, we can be said to be in Chicago's newest Event Space, Brewery and Flower district. Street parking is free and plentiful evenings and weekends. We are five blocks from the Green and Pink lines, and one block from the Damen #50 Bus line. At night the streets empty out as the manufacturing people go home, but the neighborhood is safe and convenient to all of Chicago. Safety is in even higher here, with Goose Island Beer Company's 24/7 private security company watching the block. A pro EVZ1500 PA speaker fills the 1,700 square foot space with music & connects via mini-jack. In addition to the complimentary sound system we have a full PA System with mixer mics and two speakers and a 6000 Lumen Laser projector available to rent. Our full working kitchen has prepared many dinners for local pop-ups, dinner clubs, and can easily handle the requirements of your event.
