The open 2,100 square feet space with 12' ceilings is great for intimate events and located close to downtown Oakland, Jack London Sq. and great restaurants. The building is located in the quiet Prescott Neighborhood and features large walls of windows with lots of controllable natural light. PARKING: 1 gated/assigned parking spot. All others, FREE regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions/no meters.
