Sunny, Art-Filled Oakland Loft

Our space was converted from a machine shop and garage to an open loft in the late 1990s. In the hip NOBE neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafés, including Summer Summer Thai, Noodle Theory Provisions, and Ruby's Cafe. Sunny loft with lots of art and masks from my travels around the world, including Mexico, Ecuador, Venice, Sardinia, and Guatemala. One half-bathroom available. CONVENIENCE You will receive a code to open & lock the front door prior to your booking date. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is street parking. The 72 bus line is two blocks away, and we are a short distance from the Emery-Go-Round, which runs to and from the MacArthur BART station. This was a legal loft conversion, and all work, including electrical, has been permitted and inspected by the city. There are smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher on site.
