The property is run by filmmakers, photographers, and producers who understand production needs, crew flow, staging, privacy, load-in, light, equipment access, and the importance of having multiple looks in one location. The house offers a wide range of production-ready spaces across three levels, including indoor living areas, kitchen, office/workspace, bathrooms, outdoor decks, private backyard areas, and a large rooftop deck. Productions can create several different setups without needing to move locations. It works especially well for fashion, beauty, swimwear, fitness, lifestyle, interviews, golden-hour setups, and natural-light productions. The rooftop also includes a pergola with a retractable roof, allowing productions to work with shade, open sun, or partially covered setups depending on the look and time of day. Built-in rooftop storage and closets provide easy access to select grip and production equipment, making the space practical for working crews. Outdoor Decks & Backyard Areas The property includes expansive private outdoor areas behind tall secured gates and fencing. These spaces can be used for shooting, crew staging, talent holding, lifestyle scenes, production village, or additional looks. The outdoor areas offer a private Venice indoor / outdoor feel while keeping productions secluded from the street and surrounding neighborhood. Productions are welcome to bring their own catering setup, craft services, and rentals as needed, subject to approval and proper protection of the property. Interior Shooting Areas The interior offers strong daylight, clean modern lines, warm textures, and multiple shootable spaces. The main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, office/workspace, and select rooms can be used for interviews, lifestyle content, commercial scenes, editorial shoots, and social media production. The house works well for productions that need multiple looks in one location: rooftop, modern interiors, creative workspace, clean kitchen setups, private outdoor areas, wardrobe staging, hair and makeup, and talent holding.
