Spacious, Newly Renovated Brooklyn Brownstone

To us, hospitality is about creating a personal experience, We've dedicated our entire brownstone to being the ultimate place to create-in, host events-in, produce-in, dine-in, write-in, dance-in, direct-in, party-in, perform music in, and art gallery showings...the hosting possibilities are endless in our venue. Rustic brick walls & incredibly moving art, combined with warm yet industrial finishes decorate our very-New York mansion, which can host up to 60 people- but the space is also very accommodating for small intimate gatherings. Our entire brownstone can be used for events- which includes large, open living room, new stainless steel kitchen, 2 full baths, private backyard, and on-site parking spot! The parking spot is part of front gated entrance, and is large enough to accommodate food trucks and we would be happy to put you in touch with local catering & food truck options! PLEASE NOTE that our space is incredibly flexible and functional- so all art, furniture, ect seen in pictures can be moved and stored within 2-hours if needed. I hosted a 3 day/2 night retreat here for 9 board members from a local non-profit and we had a wonderful time! The living quarters are very spacious and easily accommodated meeting and entertainment space. The kitchen, though in pictures may look a little small, was more than functional and easily fit several people at once. The place has a lot of character and great energy- this was a fun stay-cation/get-away!" "Hillary was a great communicator before, during and after our rental.
