Single Private Family House with lot of natural light

Private Single Family house. I have hosted over 15 USC student films in this place. This place is good for TV Pilots, Feature films, fashion photo shoot, music video, web series, cooking shows, student film, documentary, interview, and some commercials. Large Living room with lot of natural light. There are three big windows in the living room. Nice kitchen and Fridge. This space has one bathroom and shower. It's located close to USC. Hours booked includes set up and clean up time. You have to be wrapped and clean up at the end of the rental period. Please leave houses clean as found at the beginning of your rental. Otherwise it will be charged $100 for cleaning fee. Cast & Crew 1--10 people max You can also rent the Camera Sony A7S 2, Sound recorder, Boom Mic, C Stand, Slate, Blue light, and Flag. You can hire for me DP or AD as well. Wifi included and street parking only. Let me know the date, exact hour of shooting.
