Larchmont Village -Stunning LOFT with Amazing Tropical Tiki Deck

Whether it's a cocktail party, sit down dinner or a tropical Tiki themed party, our eclectic, colorful and creative urban loft, located in the center of Larchmont Village, offers the perfect venue. The inside space has large entertaining/meeting areas with full kitchen, dining area, and seating area with 12' wide screen. Outside are two stunning open and covered decks with large seating areas, a gigantic glass tile bar, water features, and nighttime lighting. Our deck is a Tiki-themed paradise with hand carved tikis, flowers, birds, flickering torches and a life sized “Creature from the Black Lagoon”! Our 3,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space can accommodate most size gatherings. Options for additional fees include full use of kitchen with two cooktops/ovens, special table and chair arrangements, linens, tableware, themed decor, outside heaters, professional sound system, specialized lighting and UHD video projection. LARGE EVENT CLEANING FEES: For groups of 15 or less, no charge for cleaning. For groups over 15, $120 cleaning charge will apply. For groups over 50, $150 cleaning charge will apply. Sound system: $60 Use of Video Projector: $10/hour Special Event Lighting: $10/light (5 light minimum) Propane Heaters: $40/each You are welcome to preview the space and we would be happy to help you plan your amazing event.
