Hourly rate is determined by guest count & Day/Time. *Loud music is not allowed. Band/DJ must end by 10pm. Cleanup by 11:00pm Must use our provided speaker, we do not allow additional speakers. *There is an additional charge of $100 for each drop-off and pickup outside of scheduled event time. We must be notified of all planned vendors and deliveries prior to event day. *Venue is on the 2nd floor with stairs access only. Please notify all vendors and deliveries regarding stair access. *Outside catering is allowed but must clean up after yourselves. All trash must be taken out to the dumpsters.
